Alexis "Lex" Gomez
Alexis Gomez (Lex) is a San Franciscan Bay Area native and is an original member of this facility. At the age of 15, Lex began her weight loss journey of 65lbs and learning about fitness and health. She started boxing and a bit of kickboxing conditioning for fun as she went from 220 lbs down to 165 lbs. Lex was hired into the coaching staff back in 2019 after already competing as an Amateur boxer. Lex fit right in with the Gladiators family and continues to train with the competitive team. Since 2017, she has competed in 15 amateur bouts, traveled out of state for tournaments, won her first national tournament, took a bronze medal in the 2019 Olympic Trials, and ranked 3rd within the Women’s Elite 165 lb division of USA boxing. In addition, Lex is a 2x state Golden Gloves champion, 2x Beautiful Brawlers champion, Atlantic Classic tournament Champion, and a Western Elite Qualifier champion.
With her heart set on continuing her boxing amateur career and providing excellent services for her clients, Lex has been an amazing addition to the Gladiators family. Along the way, she acquired great skills and techniques within boxing and kickboxing, as well as, cardio endurance training, strength and conditioning, weight loss and nutritional guidance. This talented young lady strives to become the next USA Olympic Women’s middleweight for Paris 2025. Lex is a licensed Amateur boxer and has 10+ years of experience within the fitness industry.
